Singify AI Song Refund Policy

This policy explains the difference between canceling a subscription and requesting a refund. It applies to purchases and renewals made on or after October 17, 2026. Charges made before that date are reviewed under the policy in effect when the charge occurred.

1. Canceling a subscription

You may cancel an eligible subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal, while access normally continues through the end of the already-paid billing period. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund the current billing period.

2. Initial purchase refund eligibility

An initial subscription purchase may be eligible for a refund only when all of the following conditions are met:

  • Request window: The request is submitted within 24 hours of the initial purchase.
  • Usage limit: No more than 2 successful generation tasks have been submitted after the purchase.
  • No paid-benefit use: Other than the permitted generation tasks above, the account has not downloaded or exported paid content, used generated content commercially, or materially used another paid-only benefit.
  • Account standing: The request is not connected to fraud, repeated refund activity, multiple accounts used to avoid limits, or another abuse of the Service.

A successful generation task is one submitted task that returns at least one playable audio result. A task counts once even when it returns more than one result. A failed task that returns no playable audio does not count toward this limit.

Meeting these thresholds allows a request to be reviewed; it does not guarantee a cash refund where the request is fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise ineligible under this policy or applicable law.

3. Renewal charges

An accidental renewal charge may be eligible for a refund when the request is submitted within 48 hours of the renewal and no included generation allowance, downloads, exports, commercial rights, or other paid benefits have been used after that renewal.

4. Output quality and technical failures

AI-generated results vary. A preference about style, melody, voice, pronunciation, arrangement, or creative direction alone does not guarantee a refund.

If a verified service-side failure prevents a task from producing a playable result, we may restore the task allowance, provide a retry, or issue a refund when the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time. Billing errors, duplicate charges, and verified unauthorized charges are reviewed separately and are not subject to the successful-task threshold.

5. Effect of a refund

When a charge is fully refunded, access provided by that charge ends. To the extent permitted by law, any paid-plan license, ownership transfer, commercial right, download right, or other benefit that depended on that payment also ends for content generated under the refunded charge. You must stop using that content and delete downloaded copies.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer right that applies to you. Customers in the EU, EEA, or UK may have statutory cancellation rights. Those rights may be affected when you expressly request immediate access to digital services or content and acknowledge the legal consequences of performance beginning. We handle those requests under applicable law.

7. How to request a refund

Email support@singifyaisong.com from the address associated with your account and include:

  1. Your account email address.
  2. The charge date and plan.
  3. The reason for the request and any relevant task IDs or error messages.

If approved, the refund is sent to the original payment method. Payment-provider processing times vary and typically take 3–5 business days.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy prospectively. The date at the top identifies the current version. A refund request is reviewed under the version that applied when the relevant charge was made, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
